Ordered a purse and did not receive it when they said I would so i called and the representative assured me that it was scheduled to be shipped out the next day. Well it never happened. Called back two days later just to make sure it was shipped only to find out its on back order so why didn't the first rep. Tell me this? Now they have no idea when it will be shipped. Refund me please! Poor customer service
I purchased a purse, wallet and wristlet from Coach outlet online and they charged my debit card twice. I called customer care and was on hold for over 30 minutes so I hung up. I then sent an email to them asking for an explanation but to no avail, I received no response. That's not even the part that bee hooves me, what bee hooves me was "I have yet to receive my items."

Shipping is terrible. They create a label to make you think it has shipped and provide a delivery date based on such. Don't believe it, it will be revised. Your order will sit around in their warehouse for several more days after the label is printed before it goes to UPS Mail Innovations. It would get here faster on the Mayflower, if it gets here at all. Shipping time noted on the website is 5-7 days. Customer service then hedged their bets and said 10 business days after it ships. They don't even count processing, which can be whatever. Not worth the frustration.
But I feel the zipper looks weird and I'm not sure if it's fake or bad quality. What do you guys think?
Ordered for christmas and never received my package. Contacted them, and demanded for a full refund yet they never emailed me back. This experience was very disappointing, I would never buy from this store again.
I try to purchase a purse online and wen I enter my card information it charge $153 and the system said I couldn't complete my order I called and they told me the system was acting up due to the high volume orders I finished the order with the agent over the phone and they charged me another $126 they told me the $153 will be refunded with in 5-7 days never got my money back I did get the purse however never got my $153 dollars back I emailed and called now no one knows what happend I don't recommend this site at all.
I ordered 4 bags for gifts on 12/11. I called for several days before Christmas and after when they didn't make it by 12/25, was on hold for more than an hour and I still did not get to speak with anyone. I filed a dispute with PayPal--Paypal contacted them and they said they delivered my items--get this but the tracking number still shows at UPS. These fools told me via email to file a police report--who does that? Finally, on Wednesday I got through, the first guy I spoke with was sympathetic but said while there is an ongoing dispute they cant ship my items, I said you do know that if you ship my items the dispute goes away? He said yeah, but my hands are tied. What? Just bizarro. I asked for a manager--the goofy manager said much of the same nonsense but offered to reship my order--huh? That's literally the contract--it was like he had some sort of revelation or epiphany of how to solve the problem. Well, to his credit, I received a new order number and tracking ID. Yesterday (3 days later), 1/23 and they arrived -but not even the correct bags. They literally have one job; to put the correct merch in a box timely--fail. I will never order online from them again. I spent way too much time trying to rectify their error. I refuse to pay someone to treat me poorly. The customer service is unresponsive and apathetic. It is not worth the aggravation. I should bill them for my time and energy--including having to write this review.
I placed an order on December 5th for a backpack and it is now December 15th and I have not received any notice of the shipment. I called customer service and the rep told me that my order is ready to ship and would be shipping tomorrow. After reading these reviews I don't believe him. I have 2 other orders in that I did not question him about...
I've ordered from coach before several times recently and it seems like they're just overwhelmed. Two weeks without shipping my item and now they are clearly stalling me. They don't answer emails either so don't bother.
I will update this review if my item ships tomorrow, and the other two orders I have open are gifts that I doubt will make it in time for Xmas. I really hope my items aren't back ordered. It's a pandemic and we all need a little something to make us smile. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt but I have a feeling they're shipping products from China to a warehouse, then shipping to us...
Coachoutlet.com has has charged me twice for the same order on 12/15/20 &1/7/2021 I am still waiting to get my merchandise.
They charge card immediately and then when it ships. I want my money back!
I understand that the holidays will always be busy, but I ordered a gift 4 weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped. Took me 4 days to get in touch with someone from customer service, press 1 instead of 3 to speak with someone. Now my gift for my mom isn't even coming and there's no way to cancel it to buy something else. Highly disappointed because it said it would be here by Christmas. A big stinker.
I purchased a bag on black friday, paid AND AFTER 3 weeks they said SORRY SOLD OUT! AND THEY ARE STILL SELLING EXACTLY THE SAME ITEM AT A HIGHER PRICE! AND I KEEP RECEIVING PROMOTIONAL E MAILS 5 TIMES A DAY! They never respond.RUINED MY HOLIDAY!
I understand the holidays are the busiest. But I placed an order for 2 bags on the 9th, only 1 was shipped out. It is now 3 days away from Christmas with 1 missing bag. Why even advertise a cut off date to order and receive by Christmas if you're going to take 3 weeks to ship it? Customer service is a joke, every time I call I'm on the line for close to an hour and it just hangs up! I'm convinced they're not even taking calls and have everyone on hold.
I won't be gifting these coach bags anymore, they're going right back to them. I'd rather drive to the outlets and purchase from MK or Kate spade.
I place an order dec 6 I bought my husbands Christmas present days go by and I didn't get a tracking number or an email explaining what's going on with my order I called customer service I was on wait for an hour they finally answered my call and u asked when my order was going to arrive and the lady said don't worry is gonna arrive before Christmas and again as days go by I didn't get a tracking number so I called again I had to wait another hour for them to answer my call Judy to find out that my order still on the warehouse and Is not gonna arrive on time and I can't do nothing about it I can't even cancel my order and get my money back I have to wait till they send me the order to go to the ups and start a return so disappointed do yourself a favor DO NOT BUY from this company they have no integrity or care for the customers
I placed my order on Dec, 1st, 2020, and I do not have any idea when the store will ship it. At the beginning the website had promised to delivery between 5 to 7 work days, and that was the main reason for my purchase. Now the wait seems eternal. I will not buy from this online store anymore!
